Project:	Gateway Retirement Community Project
Location:	Prince George, BC
Client:	Northern Health
Details:	The Gateway Retirement Community is a 42 million dollar project built in Prince George by Northern Health. The total building floor area is sectioned off into 94 Complex Care units, for residents needing 24 hour care; 50 Assisted Living units, for those who are capable of living a more independent life; and various offices for the numerous caregivers kept on hand. Our company was chosen to head up the design and selection of all of the window covering products for this project.

Client:	University of Northern British Columbia
Details:	UNBC, one of Western Canada's to universities, selected our company to supply and install black out roller shades and vertical blinds in the new teaching wing's offices and class rooms.

 

Project:	Luxury Hotel
Location:	Grand Prairie, AB
Client:	Podollan Inns
Details:	Our company was selected by Podollan Inns to supply all window treatments for their new luxury hotel and spa in Grand Prairie, Alberta. Two inch wood grain blinds manufactured by Hunter Douglas were used throughout the hotel.

 

Project:	Luxury Apartments
Location:	Grand Prairie, AB
Client:	Lexington Place
Details:	Summit Drapery was selected to design and fabricate drapery treatments for the luxury apartment Lexington Place in Grand Prairie, Alberta. For this project, fabric was dyed to color match the décor of the suites.

Location:	Prince George, BC
Client:	Prince George Regional Hospital
Details:	Privacy Curtains, suspended track systems, and all window coverings were supplied and installed by our company in all the new additions to the Prince George Regional Hospital.

Location:	Winnipeg, MB; Saskatoon, SK; Edmonton, Leduc, Camrose, Wetaskawin and Grand Prairie, AB
Client:	Seymour Pacific Developments
Details:	As the leading supplier of window coverings to the apartment market, we were chosen by Seymour Pacific Developments to supply and install blinds in all their new apartment complexes across Western Canada.

Location:	Lethbridge, AB
Client:	WJ Construction
Details:	WJ Construction chose Summit Drapery to supply and install all the window coverings in this large apartment complex located in Lethbridge, AB.

 

Project:	Hotel
Location:	Yellowknife, NWT
Client:	Chateau Nova
Details:	Chateau Nova, Yellowknife's finest hotel, chose our company to supply and install window coverings for all of their suites, public areas, and offices.

 

Project:	Hospital
Location:	Queen Charlotte Islands, BC
Client:	Masset General Hospital
Details:	Summit was the company of choice to design a suspended track system to hold sun filtering roller shades in Masset's new hospital located on the Queen Charlotte Islands. We also supplied all track systems and drapery in all the hospital wards.

 

Project:	Assisted Living Suites
Location:	Prince Rupert, BC
Client:	Acropolis Centre
Details:	The new Acropolis Centre, located in Prince Rupert, selected our company to supply and install decorative vertical blinds in all suites in the Assisted Living suites and drapery in the Complex Care wards.
